The Hidden Weight of Survival
Survival and actually living are two different things. If you're still carrying the weight of what happened, you're not alone, and you don't have to keep managing it by yourself.
If any of this sounds familiar, keep reading.
Boundaries That Break Down
Weak boundaries, people-pleasing, and challenges with communication and healthy relationships.
The Anxiety
That Stays
Lingering effects of trauma, including anxiety, shame, hypervigilance, low self- worth, and difficulty trusting others.
Beliefs That Were Never Yours
Internalized negative messages and limiting beliefs that block self-confidence and personal growth.
Defined by
the Past
Feeling defined by their past or struggles rather than their strengths and desires.
Too Scared to
Take Up Space
Difficulty showing up authentically without fear, guilt, or apology.
Struggling to Cope With Everyday Life
For school-aged children and young people: emotional regulation issues, school or social difficulties, identity confusion, and trouble building resilience in the face of adversity.
Moving From Recovery to Thriving
This is what shifts when you do the work.
Emotional Freedom
Release the weight of past trauma and negative beliefs, replacing them with self-worth, confidence, and emotional freedom.
Stronger Boundaries
Develop strong boundaries and clear communication, leading to healthier relationships and greaterself-respect.
Resilience
That Holds
Build resilience and inner strength, enabling them to navigate adversity with calm and courage.
Authentic Self
Align with their core values and authentic self, so they can live unapologetically and show up as your true selves.
Clarity Over Fear
Overcome limiting fears and mental health challenges, gaining clarity, focus, and the ability to turn your desires into real action.
Unlock Your
Full Potential
Realize you are not defined by your struggles, unlocking their full potential and creating a life you feel proud of.
For Children and Young People:
These transformations often appear as improved emotional regulation, better
school and social experiences, stronger self-identity, and the
confidence to express themselves safely.
A Safe Space to Process
A place to work through trauma and mental health challenges without judgment. You don't have to manage how you come across here.
How We Get There
I support you through a compassionate and practical approach, tailored to your age and needs.
Here is what that looks like.
Practical Tools That Work Outside the Session
You learn tools for setting boundaries, improving communication, and building resilience that you can use in your actual life, not just in a session.
Getting Old Beliefs
Out in the Open
Together you identify and release the limiting beliefs and fears that have been reinforced over time. Seeing where they came from takes away some of their power.
Reconnecting With
Who You Are
I guide you back to your core values and helps you rebuild a strong sense of self, the version of you that existed before fear started running things.
From Insight to Action
Understanding why something happens matters. But the goal is real change. Sessions are oriented toward what you do next, not just what you now know.
Age-Appropriate Work With Children and Young People
Methods suited to where they are developmentally. The goal is the same: help them understand their emotions, build confidence, and feel empowered rather than defined by their experiences.

Anthea Elliot
"Your past is a foundation, not a life sentence."
Growing up, domestic violence and child sexual abuse were woven into the fabric of life. My story is one of survival and self-preservation, of stealing precious moments of childhood amidst the chaos.
Running away as a teenager marked a turning point, a journey toward self-love, acceptance, and gratitude. I learned from failures and mistakes, finding deep love and humour even in the most difficult hours. I crammed a life packed with experiences and big dreams into being.
Today I am fortunate to do what I love most. I work as a Keynote Speaker, Counsellor, Life Coach, and Author, and my journey informs everything I do.
I have two sons and a daughter. I want them to know they have a purpose in this world, one that requires no one's permission. Their needs are equally important. Though struggles are relatable, their story is uniquely their own. That is what I want for every person I work with too.
